Top 10 Worst Politicians in the World of 2013

Looking at the political crowd, it is tough to select the top ten worst politicians as there are so many to be picked; most are coward and diplomatic, some are greedy, some are liars, and some are pathetic straightaway! If I was allowed to enlist all the worst politicians, I would have packed the category with almost, yeah almost all the politicians! However, after research we have come up with those ten with the worst standing and repute.

10.  Rob Anders

Robert J. Rob Anders is a Canadian politician; he is a member of the Conservative Party of Canada. Anders sleeping habit in the House of Commons went viral. Then he was accused of falling asleep again, this time during a Veterans Affairs committee meeting. Instead of apologizing to the veterans he’d greeted with a snore. Anders apologized soon after, but he was booted from the committee.

9.  ROD TAM

Rod Tam is the former state legislator and Honolulu city councilman. He earned the nickname the “hungry councilman” by using his council expense account and campaign funds to enjoy at local eateries with family, friends, and constituents. He was held guilty for 26 counts of third and fourth degree theft.

8.  Ernest Bai Koroma

Ernest Bai Koroma
Ernest Bai Koroma is a Sierre Leonean politician who has been President of Sierra Leone since 2007. President Koroma has clearly shown that he is a tribalist; tribalism has promoted national poverty in the country. It is owing to this that he has not been able to effectively wipe out corruption in the country. It is forbidden for him to expose or prosecute his fellow tribesmen for corrupt practices; noble democratic culture of good governance has been deliberately drowned in the pool of negative political scheming.

7.  John Boehner

John Andrew Boehner, a member of Republican Party, is the current Speaker of the United States House of Representatives. A poll was recently released that showed just 6% of Americans think Congress is doing an “excellent” or “good” job; at the forefront of this embarrassment is Speaker of the House John Boehner. He has failed to even control the members of his party in the House of Representatives, letting the clowns run the circus. Boehner has been one of the most vocal Republicans in trying to create fake conspiracy to either bring down President Obama, or set up an attack plan against Hillary Clinton

6.  C C Patil

C C Patil is an Indian politician; he is a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, and had served as Minister for Women and Child Development in the D. V. Sadananda Gowda Government. In 2012, News television cameramen covering the legislative assembly of the south Indian state of Karnataka caught and filmed him watching pornography on a mobile phone while the House was in session! The public was totally outraged at this lack of judgment and the violation of the sanctity of the House. He was forced by his party immediately to resign.

5.  Julia Gillard

Julia Eileen Gillard is the former Prime Minister of Australia and Leader of the Labor Party from 2010 to 2013. The failure of political leadership, the sense of national drift, financial pressure, and deepening community suspicion were some reasons for regarding her a bad politician. She had been accused of promoting racism; she ignored gender issues, going so far as to “forget” to allocate a status of women portfolio. The effect of growing mistrust in the country over a number setbacks and policy disasters, coupled with pathetically low opinion polls, had finally destabilized Australia’s first female prime minister.

4. Lisa Hanna

One of the youngest women to be elected to the Jamaican Parliament, Lisa Hanna who emerged as winner of Miss World 1993 has now emerged as Jamaica’s worst performing cabinet minister. The Minister of Youth has not fulfilled her directive of protecting the youth of the nation and after one year in government has lost the confidence of not only a majority of the youth-supporting groups but also civil society. Ryan Small, who works directly in the Office of the Minister, announced that the Minister failed to outline a clear vision for youths; Children in Jamaica’s state care are committing suicide; moreover, she remained absolute silent on the issue of children in adult lock-ups and the treatment of children in state care.

3. Altaf Hussain

Altaf Hussain is a British Pakistani politician who founded and leads a political party known as Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM). Altaf Hussain and his party have set up a record of using violence to gain power. He has long been accused of having an illegal armed wing involved in Karachi’s criminal activities of drugs, extortion, and land theft. Hussain currently faces allegations of murder of his party leader Dr Imran Farooq, money laundering and hate speech; the case is under investigation by the Scotland Yard. BBC News has called Hussain ‘Pakistans most divisive politician’.

2. Silvio Berlusconi

Silvio Berlusconi is the Italian polotition who served three times as Prime Minister of Italy, from 1994 to 1995, 2001 to 2006 and 2008 to 2011. Berlusconi is also the owner of the Italian football club A.C. Milan. He had been convicted to a year in prison for tax fraud while still on trial for paying an underage prostitute for sex. Indeed, Silvio has been found guilty of tax avoidance of three previous occasions. He will have a chance to appeal the current conviction twice, which means it will be a long time before he sees the inside of a jail cell.  He has pushed Italy, which was once a G8 powerhouse, into nearly €2-trillion debt.

1.  Francois Hollande

Francois Gerard Georges Nicolas Hollande is the current president of France and co-prince of Andorra. He was previously the first secretary of the French Socialist Party from 1997 to 2008. According to the latest opinion polls, only 15 per cent of French people have a positive view about Francois Hollander as French president; Unemployment has highly increased under Francois Hollande and is now at record level. He implemented changes in the tax code that have prompted many rich Frenchmen to leave the country. He is one of the most powerful proponents of socialism in Europe at a time when what Europe needs is innovation, less government spending, entrepreneurship, and growth

Dr. Zia Uddin Khan Writes A Column for Ummat Newspaper Against Aamir Liaquat Hussain

Dr. Zia uddin khan wrote a column against Amir Liaquat Hussain which was published by Ummat Newspaper on 27 July 2013. Dr. Zia uddin highlighted the different issues about Ramadan programs at local TV Channels. He specially criticized Amir Liaquat Hussain who is hosting the biggest Ramadan program at Geo TV. Amir Liaquat should accept many things, as we saw a dumbest singer Tahir Shah singing Eye to Eye in Ramadan Iftar program, which was totally crap as to Ramadan programs.
Dr. Zia uddin criticized too much, don’t know why. Amir Liaquat may be is not a good man as we saw videos in which Amir Liaquat Hussain Abusing on Camera. But he apologized later on. Many things are good in this program and some one should see the right things instead of bit mistakes.
Dr. Zia uddin’s point about songs and movies were right. In a segment of “Qurani Loh”, sometime host asks the questions about Indian movies which is totally unfair and wrong. This is the insult of the segment.

Indian Army 'mistakes' planets for spy drones

Indian Army mistakes planets for spy drones

New Delhi, July 26 (IBNS): In a bizarre incident which occurred under the shadow of repeated Chinese incursions into Indian territory in Ladakh, the Indian Army watched 'Chinese spy drones' violating the country's air space but later found that they were actually Jupiter and Venus planets, media reports said.

The Army watched the 'violations' for over six months into the skies above eastern Ladakh.

"The Indian Army mistook Jupiter and Venus as unidentified flying intruders making nocturnal sorties from China into the skies above eastern Ladakh for over six months until astronomers brought their fears to ground, it has been disclosed," The Telegraph reported.

"Requested by the army, the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore, deputed two astronomers to Ladakh earlier this year to resolve the mystery of the two objects that the army had been observing in the sensitive border zone since August 2012," the Kolkata-based newspaper said.

The 'objects' have violated the Line of Actual Control (LAC) 155 times which made the Army take help from the astronomers to unearth the 'mystery'.

"Army personnel had until February 2013 documented 329 sightings of the unidentified objects seen over Thakung near Pangong Tso, a high-altitude lake shared by India and Tibet," The Telegraph reported quoting sources.

"The astronomers have concluded that the object observed from Point 4715 is Jupiter as the observations coincide with the planet’s diurnal motion and the apparent motion of the object due to the rotation of the Earth.

"The description of the second unidentified object that appeared early in the morning suggests that it is Venus, which is currently moving behind the Sun and will in the coming months appear as an evening object," the newspaper said.

Dear Taliban leader, thank you for your letter to Malala Yousafzai

You were big enough to admit that your comrades tried to kill a young girl. But I would advise against picking  a fight with a women.
Malla addressing to the UN
Dear Adnan Rasheed,
I am writing to you in my personal capacity. This may not be the opinion of the people of Pakistan or the policy of the government, but I write to thank you in response to the generous letter you have written to Malala Yousafzai. Thanks for owning up that your comrades tried to kill her by shooting her in the head. Many of your well-wishers in Pakistan had been claiming the Taliban wouldn't attack a minor girl. They were of the opinion that Malala had shot herself in order to become a celebrity and get a UK visa. Women, as we know, will go to any lengths to get what they want. So thanks for saying that a 14-year-old girl was the Taliban's foe. And if she rolls out the old cliche that the pen is mightier than sword, she must face the sword and find it for herself.
Like you, there are others who are still not sure whether it was "Islamically correct or wrong", or whether she deserved to be "killed or not", but then you go on to suggest that we leave it to Allah.
There are a lot of people in Pakistan, some of them not even Muslims, who, when faced with difficult choices or everyday hardships, say let's leave it to Allah. Sometimes it's the only solace for the helpless. But most people don't say leave it to Allah after shooting a kid in the face. The whole point of leaving it to Allah is that He is a better judge than any human being, and there are matters that are beyond our comprehension – maybe even beyond your favourite writer Bertrand Russell's comprehension.
Allow me to make another small theological point – again about girls. Before the advent of Islam, before the prophet gave us the holy book that you want Malala to learn again, in the times we call jahilia, people used to bury their newborn daughters. They probably found them annoying and thought it better to get rid of them before they learned to speak. We are told Islam came to put an end to such horrendous practices. If 1,400 years later, we have to shoot girls in the head in an attempt to shut them up, someone like Russell might say we haven't made much progress.
Like you, I did a bit of research in Malala's hometown in Swat valley, and I remember a wise journalist warning your commanders that the Taliban might get away with slitting people's throats in public squares but not to try shutting down the girls' school. The government practically handed over the valley to your comrades, but their rule didn't even last for a few weeks because they ordered all women to stay home.
There was only one lesson to be learned: you can fight the Pakistani army; you can try and almost kill Pakistan's commander-in-chief, as you so heroically did; you might wage a glorious jihad against brutal imperial forces. But you can't pick a fight with the working women in your neighbourhood and hope to win. Those women may never get an audience at the UN but everyone – from cotton picker to bank teller – cannot be asked to shut up and stay home, for the simple reason that they won't.
It has also been suggested that your letter represents the mainstream opinion in Pakistan. But don't fall for this praise. You might think that a lot of people support your just fight, but there is a part of them that worries whether their girl will get the grades to get into a good university. And if you tell them there is a contradiction there, they might tell you to leave it to Allah.
I'm not sure if such frank language is appreciated in the Taliban's shura, but I'm sure, with your linguistic skills, you can phrase it better. I have a feeling that, like it or not, our women will kick arse.
Yes, we have heard all your arguments about how they are a weaker sex, they can't be in the workplace because they are impure five days a month, and if they are good wives they are pregnant nine months a year; but whenever I look around I have this sinking feeling that they are going to kick arse. Mine and yours.
Don't believe me? You may have seen the propaganda pictures of female pilots released by your former employer, Pakistan's air force. Some of them have started to fly fighter aircraft. Like you, I'm of the firm belief no good has ever come out of the Pakistani army's misadventures. But just think of the day when one of those female pilots decides to not leave it to Allah.

When the stars go blue: One village, eight world champions

PESHAWAR: Nawa Kalay is a village with star power. Located in the suburbs of Peshawar, the area has produced eight world-class squash champions who have won nearly 37 international tournaments.
The village of 18,000 dominated the world of squash for years, but no international player surfaced from Nawa Kalay in the last 14 years. It was in May 2013 when that spell was finally broken when Amir Atlas Khan won the Asian Squash Championship beating Kuwait’s Abdullah al Mezayan in three sets in the final.
Despite the international acclaim of its residents, there are no public squash courts in the area and young players practice in the Pakistan Air Force squash courts in Peshawar.
But despite the odds, Hashim Khan, considered one of the greatest athletes of his time, made it to the top. Hashim’s father, Abdullah Khan, was a head steward at a club in Peshawar where British Army officers stationed in the area played squash. Hashim was an unpaid ball boy back then where he watched officers play and learnt the game – well enough to win seven British Open tournaments from 1951 to 1958. Among other wins, Hashim also secured three US Open titles.
Hashim’s younger brother, Azam Khan, won the British Open four times from 1959 to 1962 and was the runner-up thrice. He also won the US Open in 1962.
Legendary Roshan Khan, father of Jahangir Khan, was another leading squash player from the Khan clan and won the British Open title in 1957.
Another legend, Jansher Khan, also known as ‘King Khan’, ruled the world of squash between 1974 and 1984 where he ranked World Number 1. Jansher himself won the World Open eight times and the British Open six times.
Jansher was taught by his brother Mohibullah Khan, commonly known as ‘Mo Khan’.  Although Mohibullah did not reach Jansher’s fame and prowess, he was World Number 2 from 1975to 1976 and also secured the British Open title.
Another international player, Qamar Zaman, won the Pakistan Junior Squash Championship in 1968 and grabbed the British Open in 1975. He was runner-up to Geoff Hunt in 1978, 1979, and 1980 and to Jahangir in 1984.
But the real surprise for Nawa Kalay and the rest of the world came in 1982 when Jahangir won the International Squash Players Association championship without losing a single point.
Rehmat Khan, who was the World Number 12 and coach to great players such as Jahangir, Jonathan Power, Aamir Atlas and Siddharth Suchde, said when someone from the village won a game, residents would go to welcome the player at the airport and carry him till his house on their shoulders. Such an occasion has been missing for many years.
“The lack of vision and investment in the game has shifted the rule of Peshawar’s players on the world of squash to other countries. Until 2013, we had not produced a single international player in more than a decade,” Rehmat lamented.
“We were playing with torn balls, had no proper uniform, no courts, but despite all these problems we were committed and practiced for six hours each day to bring international recognition for the country  and for the Pakhtuns,” said Zaman, who is also the Vice President of the Pakistan Squash Federation. “We still have talented players but people do not give the game the time it needs.”
But Jahangir says the fall of the game in Pakistan can be attributed to the Pakistan Squash Federation.
“It is very disappointing that Nawa Kalay ruled the world of squash for over 30 years and now we have lost that achievement. There is lack of proper guidance and commitment from the squash federation,” said the former World Number 1.
“Players these days concentrate on winning the Karachi Open, National Tournament and Asian Championship, which were not priorities for us at all. We were focused on the British Open and other international tournaments,” Jahangir said, adding that there was still a lot of politics in the selection of players. “Some officials in the federation do not have any background of squash.”
Qamar says there are around 490 players in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, both men and women. Of these, only 19 players have contacts with different government departments who they represent in tournaments.
The Pakistan Squash Federation needs to send people abroad for international tournaments and give them financial support, he said.

How to overcome thirst during Ramadan

This year, Ramadan will take place during summer, and indeed it will remain in this season for the next couple of years to come, according to astronomic calculations. Hot summer temperatures inevitably increase thirst during the daytime.
The quality of food that a fasting person eats plays a major role in their ability to withstand thirst during the hours of fasting. For this reason, the following advice should help you to overcome feelings of thirst:

  • Avoid eating very spicy food, particularly at Suhoor, because you will need to drink large quantities of water afterwards.
  • Drink small quantities of water sporadically during the night.
  • Be sure to eat some fresh vegetables and fruit at night and at Suhoor, as these foods contain plenty of water and fibre, which remains in the stomach for a relatively long time, reducing feelings of hunger and thirst.
    • Use lemon rather than salt in salads to avoid the many health problems generated by excessive salt consumption. Lemon adds a particular taste to food that enables you to avoid salt.
    • Don’t eat rich, salty foods like salted fish and pickles, as they increase the body’s need for water.
    • Don’t drink vast quantities of water – there is a common misconception that drinking large quantities of water at Suhoor will prevent you from feeling thirsty during the fast. This is a false belief, as such quantities of water are beyond the body’s needs, and as a result the kidney will only carry out its processes a few hours after drinking.
Over-indulging in certain kinds of drinks including juices and sodas is harmful for the stomach and can cause digestive problems. Some people drink iced water when starting Iftar, but rather than quenching our thirst, this rather generates vasoconstriction and weakens our digestion. For these reasons, the water temperature should be moderate, and we should drink gradually rather than all at once. Washing our food down with water is not a good idea, as it does not give us a chance to digest it, and our food should also be chewed well to ensure good digestion.
In addition to the above, it is advisable to avoid industrially produced juices containing artificial colourings and large quantities of sugar, as nutritionists have proven that these can cause health problems and allergies in kids. Therefore, it is best to replace these with fresh juices.

Saudi Airlines defends ban on Israeli passengers

Al Arabiya
The director general of Saudi Arabian Airlines, Khalid al-Melhem, responded to recent criticisms and threats to ban his airline from U.S. airports for allegedly violating federal law by "discriminating" against Israelis and Jews. He noted there is no political relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel.
“If there is an absence of political relations between [Saudi Arabia] and any other country, we will not allow that country’s citizens into the kingdom,” Melhem told Saudi’s Al-Watannewspaper. “[Diplomatic relations] also apply to transit passengers… in case the plane is delayed, the passenger will have to enter the country; and at that point, it would be very difficult to let him into [Saudi] if there are no diplomatic relations.”
Earlier this week, New York Public Advocate Bill de Blasio condemned the Saudi airline’s decision not to allow Israelis on board and said that it was “racial discrimination.” He warned that he would work to ensure the Saudi airlines does not land in American airports.
“No city in the world has closer ties to Israel than we do, and yet Israeli citizens are being discriminated against right here at JFK [airport]. It’s not only illegal; it’s an affront to who we are,” De Blasio said in remarks carried by local media.
He added that he “will act to make sure they’re excluded from United States airports, starting with JFK” if the airline does not change its policy.
“We won’t stop with just exposing these practices. We’ll pursue this with authorities in Albany and in Washington until Israeli nationals’ rights are respected.”
According to various reports, Blasio sent a letter to Melhem informing him that he has two options: either review his airline’s policies or work in compliance with international aviation laws, which – the NY official added – do not tolerate discrimination.

2 Malaysians Charged Over Photo That Riled Muslims

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Prosecutors on Thursday charged two Malaysians with sedition and inciting religious enmity after they posted a photograph on Facebook considered an insult to the Muslim holy month of fasting.
They face up to eight years in prison if convicted of both charges in the Muslim-majority nation.
Alvin Tan and Vivian Lee, both ethnic Chinese non-Muslims in their 20s, drew criticism when they uploaded a photograph of themselves earlier this month eating pork stew while conveying greetings to Muslims for the current fasting month of Ramadan. Pork is forbidden for Muslims.
Tan and Lee had indicated last week that the photo was meant to be humorous.
Both pleaded not guilty Thursday in a Kuala Lumpur court, which refused to allow them to remain free on bail ahead of their trial.
Malaysia’s attorney general, Abdul Gani Patail, said in a statement that authorities want them detained because “they have the potential to upload content that could stir public anger.” They were expected to be placed in separate prisons ahead of a preliminary hearing Aug. 24 to schedule trial dates.
Sedition as defined by Malaysian law includes spreading ill will among people of different races. Ethnic Malay Muslims comprise nearly two-thirds of Malaysia’s 29 million people. Ethnic Chinese, who are nearly a quarter of the population, constitute the main minority community, mainly Buddhists and Christians.
Abdul Gani said a man was abducted and beaten up by a group of men this week in a case that was believed to be linked to the photo of Tan and Lee. He did not elaborate, but Malaysian media reports have said the incident involved an ethnic Chinese man who was stripped and eventually set free after his assailants scrawled Malay-language words translated as “I insulted the religion of Islam” with ink on his chest.

Racial and religious issues sometimes cause tensions in Malaysia, though ethnic violence is rare. Separately this month, some Muslim activists urged authorities to expel the first Vatican ambassador to Malaysia because they believed he was trying to interfere in a legal battle between the government and a Roman Catholic newspaper over the use of “Allah” as a translation for God.

Japan’s largest mosque offers free meals during Ramadan as way of introducing Islam

Islam’s month-long fast, known as Ramadan, officially began on Tuesday. The practice is observed by Muslims all over the world during the ninth month of the lunar calendar, this year falling on July. However, Muslims only fast from sunrise to sunset and they eat dinner, which they call iftarTokyo Camii, Japan’s largest mosque, is offering free iftar to everyone, regardless of faith, throughout the religious observation.
Located in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo Camii serves 200 meals each day, or rather each night, for this year’s Ramadan. Three chefs, who have come all the way from Turkey, serve iftar, the only daily meal allowed during the fasting month. They begin their preparations at noon, making sure that they have enough meals for the guests expected to visit the mosque. Only Muslims observe Ramadan, which is considered one of the Five Pillars of Islam, but non-Muslims are also welcome to join in the meal.
Serving free iftar is Tokyo Camii’s way of introducing the Islamic practice, regardless of one’s belief. It is believed that serving iftar during Ramadan is a form of charity, which is also part of the Five Pillars of Islam. Locals who do not share the Islamic faith are also given the opportunity to mingle with Muslims after getting a first-hand experience of the daily meal. One 17-year old student who came to Tokyo Camii to know more about Islam even had her first taste of Turkish cuisine. Ramadan will officially end on August 7, and will be followed by a grand feasting called “Eid al-Fitr,” or Feast of the Breaking of the Fast.

KSA: New law to protect domestic workers

The Council of Ministers has passed a new law that protects the rights of domestic workers as well as their employers.
The law allows them to enjoy nine-hour free time daily, a weekly day-off, one-month paid vacation after every two years and medical leave.
Around two million domestic workers including maids and drivers are employed in the Kingdom.
“The law aims at regulating relationship between domestic help and their employers while explaining their rights and duties and punishment for violators of contract terms,” said Labor Minister Adel Fakeih.
The employer will have the right to place the worker on probation for not more than three months.
“This will give time for employers to understand whether workers can do the job and also observe their character,” Fakeih said.
Under the new law, workers are required to respect the teachings of Islam and the Kingdom’s rules and regulations and carry out their duties perfectly.
They should obey the employer and his family members and protect their property and should not harm children or elderly members. They also should preserve family secrets.
“The worker will not have the right to reject a work or leave the job without any genuine reason,” the law said.
They are not allowed to work for their personal account or engage in any activity damaging to the family.
On the other hand, the employer should not ask the worker to do any work outside the contract or the one harmful to his/her health.
They should pay the salary at the end of every month without delay, provide suitable accommodation and end-of-service benefits after four years.
Penalties
If the employer violates the contract, he will be fined SR2,000 and banned from recruiting another domestic help for a year.
For second-time violators, the fine will increase to SR5,000. They will also be banned from recruiting for three years.
Third-time violators will face a life-time recruitment ban and a fine of SR10,000.
Workers, who violate their contracts, will be fined SR2,000 and prevented from working in the Kingdom. They will also have to pay for their repatriation costs.
“This is a very important law that would solve many domestic help-related problems we are facing today,” said Dr. Mohammed Badahdah, assistant secretary-general of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth.
“The law has clearly mentioned the duties and rights of both parties. We as Muslims should also follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad on how to deal with such servants,” he told Arab News.
Islam rejects mistreatment of domestic workers, he said.
“Our Prophet has taught us that we should not ask servants to do something beyond their capacity and we should be merciful to them. We should pay them more than what is mentioned in the contract and give them from our Zakat and Sadaqat. If we consider them like a member of family, they will reciprocate by doing their duties in a better way.”

UAE official arrested for attack on driver over road accident

Dubai: An Emirati senior official has been arrested for attacking an Indian driver over a minor road accident, according to a senior police official.
Majer General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina, Acting Chief of Dubai Police, said a government official was arrested on Monday and his case has been transferred to the public prosecutor over beating up an Indian man in the middle of the road in clear view of other road users.
Major General Al Mazeina said the incident happened on Saturday.
“What had happened is an inappropriate and unacceptable way of behaving and it is not our tradition or morals,” said Major General Al Mazeina.
“Emiratis are forgiving and kind-hearted and will not behave in this way,” Al Mazeina said.
The case was transferred to the public prosecution on Tuesday, he said.
The official, a director at a governmental department in Dubai, was arrested after the video, taken by a passerby, was posted on YouTube on Monday.
In the video, the driver, who works for private company in Dubai, hits the car of the official before ignoring the accident and continuing to drive. The official follows him, stops him to shout at him and then begins to beat him using his igal, a traditional Emirati head ornament. The Indian man does not defend himself. A passerby then intervenes to plead with the official to leave the man alone.
Dubai Police said no one was above the law and such behaviour is unacceptable.
Social media users urged police to arrest both the attacker and the person who posted the video on YouTube. Others said that the Indian driver should have reported the incident immediately to police.
The original video has since been taken down from YouTube. Taking such videos in the street without the acknowledgment of people involved is illegal and constitutes defamation, according to Dubai Police.
