Another chance given to talk for peace with Taliban
In a fresh bid to give Pakistani Taliban another chance to come to the negotiating table, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today set up a four-member committee to oversee the peace parleys, quashing speculation of an imminent military operation against the banned militant group.
"Since the other side (Taliban) has shown intent to negotiate, we also wish to give peace yet another chance," Sharif said in the National Assembly.
He, however, made it clear that "terror attacks should be stopped. Terror and talks cannot go hand in hand together."

CID police arrested two target killers of banned Sipah-e-Muhammad
Karachi Police on Saturday released four photographs and seven sketches of suspected Sipah-e-Muhammad target killers , involved in various target killing incidents.
While addressing a press conference, SP CID Anti-terrorism unit head Raja Umar Khitab said that Wasim Hussain Jafri was the mastermind of target killers who were members of banned Sipah-e-Muhammad were involved in attack on Molana Aurangzeb Farooqi and various target killing incidents. He stated that the arrest of the accused would reduce target killing incidents in the city.
Terrorists of Sipah e Muhammad have confessed their involvement in over 60 sectarian killings in Pakistan. Arrested terrorists are identified as Jafar Hussain and Irshaad Hussain. Police has also captured one motor cycle, 3 9MM Pistols, 3 Kalashnikov and a CD with details of their upcoming targets.
One target killer has been arrested from Gulistan-e-Johar, he said. The suspects, he revealed, used to target people at a monthly payment of Rs 15, 000.
