A Saudi citizen sharing Eidi on roads to sweeper

A Saudi young man sharing Eidi a day before Eid to those who are sweeping and cleaning the roads. He has some mobile and calling cards also and gifted it to those who are away from home so they can easily use the facility of phone to call to their homes on Eid. Wherever this guy see the sweepers or cleaners he call him ''Ya Mudeer''. This is an arabic word use for a vip person or officer.This young man do not showed his identity. Because according to him this video is not for showoff and only to encourage people for doing good things.
